Ryan is the manager of Minnis Chapel, Ellinwood. He is a fully licensed funeral director and embalmer. He graduated valedictorian of his class at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and now lives in Ellinwood.

Jay M. Minnis, serves as President of Minnis Chapel at Stafford, a part of the Minnis Group, Inc. Jay graduated from Ft. Hays State University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Arts degree, and the Kansas City Kansas School of Mortuary Science in 1987.
