Wichita, KS Richard Allan Herter, 81, passed away in Wichita, KS on May 4th, 2026. Born in Great Bend, KS on June 10th, 1944 he was the son of  Louis J. and Mildred L. (Sinnott) Herter.  After high school Richard served in the US Air Force. He married wife Vicki Kipp in Ellinwood on June 11, 1971.
