Joni, I'm so very sorry to learn of Jeff's passing. So tragic to lose a child, no matter their age. I can't even imagine the your grief . I'm not sure I have your correct address and don't have your phone number. Would love to get together for lunch and catch up if you feel like it. So sorry to the Frakes family for their loss .Jeffer was one of the kindest,caring ,most compassionate men I ever knew who was always smiling and no matter where my out were he always made the time to visit and see that things were ok .He wasn't my insisted but just at the weddings, funerals and community events that he preached at you could tell that he had a real passion and desire to be a minister.Thanks Jeffer for being a great guy and you will be missed here a lot.
