Ida "Beth" Elizabeth Ford

Ida (Beth) Elizabeth Ford, 69, passed away in Kansas City, KS on June 20th, 2022. The daughter of Robert & Ida Marlene (Jepson) Helton, Beth was born in Greensburg, KS on Sept. 1st, 1952. She graduated from Dodge City High School in 1970 later receiving her Bachelors in Nursing from Wichita St. University in 1980. Beth went on to work 35 years as an RN for APPS. She married Randy Ford on Sept. 16, 1978 in Wichita, KS. 

Beth was a loving and devoted mother and wife who is survived by her husband, Randy Ford, Dodge City, KS; daughters, Tiffany Ford and Melissa Ford, both of Great Bend, KS; mother, Ida Marlene Jepson, Leavenworth, KS; brother, Dale Helton, Lawrence, KS; and sister, Mary Sudduth, Springfield, MO. Beth also leaves behind beloved granddogs Filly & Elise. She was preceded in death by father Robert Helton.

Funeral service will take place 10:30 AM, Fri., June 24th at First Baptist Church south of Ellinwood, KS with Pastor David Wesner officiating. There will be no visitation. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City at 3 PM Friday. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church in care of Minnis Chapel, PO Box 246, Ellinwood, KS 67526.
