Paula Lynn Link

Paula Lynn Link, 63, passed away in Derby, Kansas on August 25, 2018. Born on March 23, 1955 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Hays, Kansas she was the daughter of Paul “Maury” and Dixie (Simpson) Link. Paula was the youngest of four siblings and is survived by her only sister, Vicki Black. Paula is preceded in death by both parents, Maury & Dixie; and brothers, Steve and Randy Link.

Paula was well known for her boisterous personality and was affectionately known as “Henhouse” by her family and close friends. Paula lived an adventurous life and enjoyed being on the move, living in 5 different states throughout her life. Paula was a spirited woman and prided herself as a mother and grandmother, a talented dog groomer, animal lover, and life counselor to whoever would listen. Paula leaves behind her only child, Michael Berland along with his wife Lee-Ann Berland and their children, Carma-Lee and Skylynn. Other survivors include 7 beloved nieces and nephews. 

Memorial service will be 12:00 Noon, Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Minnis Chapel in Ellinwood. Private inurnment will take place at a later time. Memorials are suggested to Kansas Humane Society in care of Minnis Chapel, PO Box 246, Ellinwood, KS 67526.
